Hi, I'm Maria.

I am a Bethel Certified Coach with a passion for teaching and helping others find breakthrough for personal, spiritual and professional growth.

In my journey to become a Life Coach, I learned that I naturally knew how to ask great questions.  Believing in others and empowering them to be who they are created to be is the focus of my coaching business: True U Coaching. I love to create a safe and supportive environment for growth, self-discovery and renewal. My greatest joy comes when my clients discover they have the answer within them, they recognize their options are endless, or they realize they won’t be judged or “told” what to do.

My husband Bob and I also coach couples discover their differences and uniqueness, as well as learn new and more effective communication styles.  Together, we offer couple coaching, and I offer individual coaching.
